History of Kawasaki part 2

NINJA 150R FROM 2006 UNTIL NOW

In 2006 until 2012 Kawasaki Ninja tend to be more economical on exhaust emissions. This is because the Kawasaki Ninja 150RR, 150R and 150 has enabled the three main systems: Super KIPS (Kawasaki Integrated Power valve Super System), catalytic converter, and HSAS (High Performance Secondary Air System).
HSAS system works by using a valve by blowing oxygen into the exhaust function. They open when the engine is spinning down. In 2006 all of the code generation Ninja 150 turns into 1855. Began in October of 2006 until now, the Ninja 150 and Ninja 150RR started to use PWL Keihin carburetor 26. Main-jet holes in the carburetor is now 138, as well as skepticism needle is called a needle N5LD more gaunt than ever.
Indonesia produces two kinds of Kawasaki Ninja 150. Each of them has their respective advantages and drawbacks. In the year 1996 to 2001, Ninja engine version 1855 has a better crutch-as. Now, a lot of mechanics hunts 1855’s crutches. However, it is a heavier crankshaft with a larger diameter and the pendulum is heavier. It makes a hole in the crankcase bearing weak, which makes Kruk-as easily shake.

Kawasaki Ninja alter the engine of 1855 with 1878 engine in the year 0f 2001 until 2006. It was redesigned more precisely. At 1878 the engine crankshaft side of the hollow layer is much thicker and stronger in fact it is lighter. Finally, in the month of October 2006 up to now, all Ninja 150 are re-using variants 1855 engine modifications. Its crutch pendulum’s diameter crutch is smaller and lighter. The Crankcase bearing hole for crutch-as is produced without boss.
